DECISION IN NEW SOUTH WALES. By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright. ' Received Dec 10, 12.15 a.m. Sydney, Dec. 9. Owing to the high eost of working the railway commissioners have decided to cease working the two suburban and Maitland-Broken Hill steam tramways. The cost of electrification would be so heavy that it is. not intended to replace the lines. Residents in the districts affected are making a great outcry against the commissioners’ decision.
