ACCUSED BOUND OVER. By Telegraph.-Press Association. Rotorua, Last Night. Reginald Phillips, who was recently arrested at Waimate for absconding from •his bail in connection with the theft of benzine from the Terraces Hotel, at Taupo, was before the court to-day on a charge of consorting with reputed thieves.

The magistrate, Mr. Kenrick, remanded accused to some up for sentence in twelve months’ time.
