A Dutch paper, which supports the present Government, publishes a cartoon “dropping the pilot,” representing John Bull descending the ladder and Hertzog in the attitude of the Kaiser in Tenniel’s original eartoon, while the ship is called “i-Siith Africa.” Practically all the Ministers have rushed into print, acclaiming General Hertzog’s success at the Imperial Conference.
