At a meeting of the New Zealand High Commissioner (Sir James Parr) and representatives of the various New Zealand Control Boards for the purpose of developing a more energetic publicity campaign in Great Britain for the sale of New Zealand products, Sir James Parr drew attention to Australia’s example of endowing the Publicity Department with £50,000. The High Commissioner was authorised to place the matter before the Government.
