By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright Received Nov. 3, 11.30 p.m. London, Nov. 3. -.ord Novar, at a meeting of the Royal Scottish Geographical Society said the council had decided to award the Livingstone gold medal to Lord Allenby and Sir Alan Cobham. He added that although Sir Alan Cobham had not discovered new lands, he had made a unique place in the world of travel.
