CARTOON OF VON HINDENBURG. By Telegraph-Press Assn.— Copyright. Berlin, Nov. 1. Herr Hauswirth, member of the editorial staff of the Communist newspaper Rotefahne, has been sentenced to nine months’ imprisonment for publishing a cartoon entitled, “Beware of the Dog,” depicting President Hindenburg as a mangy cur crushing a lame labelled “Constittl< n."
