COAL STRIKE DELAYS WORK. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, Oct. 20. The Daily Herald's South Shields correspondent says that it is practically certain the order for the construction of a floating dock for Singapore will lie placed on the Tyne and work will beg n when the ecal strike is over.
