CONFERENCE AGENDA.

VIEW OF FORMER MINISTER. By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright. Received. Oct. 10, 5.5 p.m. London, Oct. 9. The relationship between the Dominions and ourselves and foreigners, the extent to which the marketing of Empire produce is interwoven with transport, and Empire migration are the three most important practical questions to come before the Imperial Conference, declared Mr. J.' H. Thomas, a former Colonial Secretary when interviewed by the Financial News. Mr. Thomas said further that, he was not sure whether the conferences should always be held in London. He thought they might advantageously be held occasionally in the Dominions.
