JUBILEE FESTIVAL.
THE DUNEDIN COMPETITIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Dunedin, Sept. 22. The Dunedin Competitions Society, the parent society of the Dominion, commenced its silver jubilee festival last night with 1550 entries.
