Mr. Pyle, organiser of professional tennis, interviewed regarding the report that he would take Mdlle. Lenglen and others to Australia, said that no definite decision had yet been reached. “It is our thought and desire to take Mdlle. Lenglen and other outstanding players on a world tour next year, which would include Australia, but. nothing has been definitely settled, nor can a decision be reached for at least two months. We are too busy now arranging the American tour to make other plans.” Mr. Pyle’s statement is interpreted to mean that be will await the results of the United States experiment in professional tennis before planning for the future.
