YOUNG MAN ELECTROCUTED. By Telegraph.—Press Association Hamilton, Last Night. A chainman employed by the Publie Works Department named Aubrey Stephen, aged 24, was electrocuted at Huntly yesterday afternoon. It is reported that deceased tied a survey chain to a wire fence close to the roadside, and went down into a valley and climbed up to the other side of the hill. In doing so the chain came in contact with an 11,000-volt power line. Death must have been instantaneous. Deceased resided at Hamilton,
