HUNTING.
The North Taranaki bunt will meet to-morrow at Omata, hunting over the properties of Messrs. Ansford and Luxton and their neighbours. The Omata hunt is always among the popular hunts of the season, the country being particularly suitable, especially from an onlooker’s point of view, the old Maori redoubt forming a natural grandstand. Although given such short notice, Air. and Mrs. Ansford have done everything possible to make the afternoon an enjoyable one, and a hearty welcome is awaiting those able to attend. Hounds throw off at 1.30 p.m. sharp.
