The woman who desires to look her best always should observe the following rules: Keep as well-groomed and physically fit as possible. Think out your clothes to the last detail before buying. Buy the best clothes you can afford and study utility and suitability. Keep to special colour schemes, bo that accessories may not clash. Buy only twice a year, but give your mind and time to shopping then. Wear your clothes carefully, and look after them well. Keep them nicely, free from dust, and mend and clean them .frequently.
