APPOINTMENT MADE. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Sydney, April i 3. Mr. A. B. Piddington has been appointed Industrial Commissioner under the new Arbitration Act for a period of five years after April 15. The Industrial Commissioner will supersede the present Board of Trade and State Arbitration Court judges and in addition to being the final arbiter in appeals in industrial cases yill fix the living wage.
