BARBERS SHOPS
PROPOSED REGULATIONS. Bv Triecrarfi. —Press Association. Wellington, Dec. 2. The Board of Health has recommended the Government to issue regulations controlling barbers’ shops and it is understood they will shortly be ready. Shops will be registered and licensed ■by ''the local governing authorities. There will be provision for ensuring cleanliness and proper equipment and attendance, with a view to preventing the spread of communicable disease to clients.
