SUPREME COURT.
DUNEDIN CASES By Telegraph.- Press Association, Dunedin, last night. At the Supreme Court, Baden Powell Welsh was charged with obtaining £6 by means of a forged telegram. He was found not guilty. William Ande-rson was found guilty of indecent assault on a child five and a half years old. He was found guilty with a strong recommendation to mercy as the jury considered the act was mor© foolish than done with criminal intent. Sentence was deferred till Thursday.
