WELLINGTON TROTS. SECOND DAY’S RESULTS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Oct. 7. The Wellington Trotting Club’s spring meeting concluded to-day in fine weather. The track was in good order and there was a large attendance. An inquiry into interference in the Bollard Handicap was concluded last night, and for wilful interference with Imprint, J. N. Clarke, driver of Peter Bingen, was disqualified for six months under rule 286. R. Humphreys, drvier of Wharepiana, on a similar charge, was fined . £2O. Results:— STONEWALL TRIAL HANDICAP. One and a-half miles.—Silk Thread 1, Golden Morn 2, Ajax 3. All started.’ Won by two lengths, six lengths between second and third. Time, 3min. 47 4-ssec.

EASTBOURNE HANDICAP. One and a-half miles.—Lady San 1, Hardy Grattan 2, Fairlight 3. All started. Won by eight lengths, four lengths between second and third. Time, 3mm. 514-ssec. “SPRING HANDICAP. Two miles.— Imprint 1, Black Admiral 2, Holly Boy 3. .All started. Won by two lengths, ten lengths between second and third. Time, 4min. 42sec.

WAIWETU HANDICAP. One mile and a-half.—Bicolour 1, Harold Thorpe 2, Native Chief 3. SHORTS HANDICAP. One mile.— Tranquil 1, Firpo 2, Signorella 3.
