KNOCKED DOWN AND LEFT.
CYCLIST STRUCK BY’ MOTOR-CAR.

Waimate, Last Night. An unidentified motor-car party of youths and girls ran down John Law, a married man, who was cycling on a country road on Sunday afternoon. They left him unconscious on the road, where he was found and sent to hospital by another motorist. His injuries were painful, though not serious.
