A GALLANT RESCUE.
HELP FROM CRUISER BRISBANE. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.--Copyright. London, July 21. The Daily Chronicle, commenting on a message from Hong Kopg reporting the gallantry of Warrant-Shipwright Robert Cargin, of the cruiser Brisbane and Scoutmaster Hugh Braga in rescuing a Chinese girl aged 13 from a collapsed house, says that the Brisbane is the cruiser whose recall some Australian politicians have loudly demanded on the ground that Australian ships had no business to be demonstrating in Chinese waters at a time of a political upheaval.
