The Brussels correspondent of The Times says that rumours of the early re sumption’ o( Russian-Belgian diplomatic relations are dissipated by M. Vandervelde, Foreign Minister, who is returning from Paris, where he conversed with Krassin. He stated that Krassin keenly desired a resumption of relations, which he sug-. gested should precede an examination of the present difficulties. M. Vandervelde dissented and told him that before relations could be,, resumed Belgium’s Russian interests must, first be guaranteed. , The Berlin correspondent of The Time.’ states it is announced that Krupps - have obtained a Soviet order . for agricultural l machinery valued at £325,000.
