"yOTICE is hereby given that at a Special General Meeting of Members of the New Plymouth Spiritualist Church (Incorporated), the following resolution was carried on May 11, 1925: “That consequent upon the passing of the ‘Spiritualist Church of New Zealand Act, 1924,’ the New Plymouth Spiritualist Church (Incorporated) be wound up and the assets thereof transferred to the Spiritualist Church of New Zealand (New Plymouth Branch), which is declared a body corporate under the said Act, and that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies be requested to cancel the registration of the said New Plymouth Church (Incorporated) accordingly.
