JUVENILE CRIMINALS.

ARRESTS IN MELBOURNE. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Melbourne, July 2. The police arrested two boys, aged eight and twelve respectively, and a girl aged twelve, who the police allege is the leader of a juvenile crime gang. A quantity of property has been seized. A statement has been made that the girl wore noiseless Chinese, slippers when assisting in the robberies which were performed with the skill of professional criminals. Another member of the gang, a boy' of 12, has been arrested on a charge of shooting a horse. The police were informed that he was given the revolver b.y a girl who stole it.
