NEW COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received June I'B, 8.30 p.m. Washington, June 18. Mr. Curtis Wilbur, Secretary for the Navy, announced that Rear Admiral Samuel Robison, commanding the battle fleet, succeeds Admiral Coontz as Com-mander-in-Chieif of the United States Navy, following upon the Pacific erui<se. Admiral Coontz will probably return to shore duty here until his retirement three years hence.
