RAILWAY DISASTER.
DEATH ROLL INCREASES. By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright. Received June 18, 5.5 p.m. New York, June 17. A number of victims of the Hackettstown train disaster succumbed to their injuries, increasing the death roll from twenty-nine to forty-two. The tram was a special with 182 Germans on board. One man, who was pinned under the debris, offered a rescuer a roll of notes to kill him.
