Under ordinary circumstances that ia not a long journey, but when it is a matter of packing a load of furniture, sending it over 400 miles and having it unpacked three months later, it is interesting to learn how it fared. The owner reported: “Am very pleased to say everything was perfect—not one breakage.” Wouldn’t you be pleased to receive such a message ?
