The Daily Mail discloses a secret document, in which Zinovieff declares that Bolshevism can only be kept alive by revolutionary activities abroad. In view of the setbacks in many lands he is of opinion that Britain is the most promising field for intrigue and advises his followers to concentrate on Britain. Speaking at Chatsworth, tire Home Secretary, Sir IV. Joynson-Hfcks, expressed the definite conviction that the Moscow Government was financing the British Communist movement. He appealed to trade unionists to resist this hideous grub which Was eating into the heart of the oak.
