The police arrested a number of Communists in Warsaw and Grodno on a charge of the alleged plotting of a series of bomb outrages and theft. Secret documents from the War Office and other Government offices with detailed instructions were found in their possession and proofs are said to have been obtained of their connection with the Soviet Legation.
