ARGENTINIAN IN JAPAN. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Tokio, Nov. 21. Major Zanni, who is engaged on a world flight, announces that he has been instructed by the Home Government to remain in Japan till spring, when he will’ continue his flight. He has also befin offered the post of ■ military attache at Tokio, which be has’ accepted, thus enabling him to perfect arrangements for his Pacific crossing.
