Edmund Foley, aged 35 years, pleaded guilty in the Police Court to-day to a el arge of assaulting a ten-year-old girl in the vicinity of Ferry Bridge, Spring Creek, yesterday morning. . ! A sentence of two months’ imprisonment vj'ith. hard labour was ipipoeed.
