INCREASE IN A WEEK. » LARGE TOTAT RECORDED. London, Sept. 8. The unemployed in Britain number 1.102,700. This shows an increase of 13,622 in the last week. The British Ministry of Labour stated recently that the number of persons on August 4 recorded on the registers of unemployment exchanges in Great Britain was 1,080,500.
