“‘GUSHING BORES.”

“Gushing Bores,” presented by the New Plymouth Comedy Company, was greeted by another enthusiastic audience at the Empire Theatre last night. The humour of the comedy is so irresistible that the audience was convulsed with laughter from the rise to the fall of the curtain. “The Vagabonds,” who again contributed a concert programme in the first half of the evening, were also well received, the variety and pleasing taste displayed by them in the choice of items being a striking feature of their entertainment. “Gushing Bores” and "The Vagabonds” are to be at the Theatre Royal, Waitara, on Monday, Inglewood October 3. and later at Stratford. The show is such that a splendid evening’s amusement can be assured.
