By Telegranh.—Press Association. Wellington. Last Night. The following Government weather forecast was issued at 4 p.m. to-day: “Present indications are for west to south-west winds strong to gale. Squally and changeable weather, with rain probable { n 'many parts, especially in western and southern districts. The barometer Is falling, but is going up soon in the south.”
