EVERYBODY’S. PRISCILLA DEAN IN “WHITE TIGER.” One of the biggest screen successes of the year opens a three-night season at Everybody’s Theatre this evening. It is Uiniversal’s super-jewel production “White Tiger,” starring Priscilla Dean. Wallace Beery, of “The Elaine of I/ife” and “Robin Hood” fame, will be seen in the principal “heavy” characterization, while Raymond Griffith handles a secondary masculine characterization, and Matt Moore plays the straight lead opposite Miss Dean. Moore will be remembered for his superb characterization in “The Storm.” <c White Tiger” is a .powerful under-world story and a rival to “Outside the LaW,” Miss Dean’s spectacular success of two or three years ago, and is said to be a more thrilling play than the older -production. Another series of “The Fast Steppers” will also be shown, together with a Century comedy starring 'Baby Peggy, and the latest news film. 'Box plan» for the three nights are at Oollier’s. THE PEOPLE'S. “DOVE’S PROTEGE.” “Love’s Protege,” with Ora Carew starred, will be shown for the last time to-night at the People’s. This picture is taken in the mountain regions and ths story holds one’s interest to the very last; the climax is not only startling but highly pleasing. Other (filing to be shown are “The 'Radio King,” a very larug'hable tWo-reel comedy, cartoons and a Pathe Gazette. To-night is the last night. To-morrow and Wednesday’s programme at the People’s Will be headed by “Chastity,” a six-reel First National attraction, starring the beautiful actress, Kathleen Macdonald. “Chastity” tells the story of an actress whose good name is blasted by lying lips and slanderous tongues. Other films will include the thirteenth chapter of 'The Oregon Trail,”a comedy, scenic and topicals. The prices of admission will be as usual, viz., stalls 9d. dress circle Ife 3d.
