PARCELS BY POST.
DECREASE IN BRITISH RATE, By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Sept. 14, 5.5 p.m. London, Sept. 13. The Postmaster-General announces a decrease in the parcel post rate to )(ew Zealand via Australia by one shilling on parcels not exceeding three pounds weight and ninepence between three and seven pounds, but an increase of fivepence between seven and eleven pounds.
