A occurred between two (launches, according to the Navy De- . partment, at the entrance to Yokosuka I harbour, while more than 100 men were being transferred to the flagship Nagato from shore leave. Heavy rain wm falling and the flagship’s launch collided with a torpedo boot’s launch and sank immediately. There are not details at .present, but it is believed that between [ten and twenty men were drowned.
