BIGGER BRITISH CONTRIBUTION. By Telegraph—Press Aasn.—Copyright. London, July 1. It has been learned that the Treasury has finally approved the principles of the new immigration proposals submitted by Mr. Wilson. It is understood that the proposals will mean a cash contribution by the British Government of £4,500,000 in excess of what worni be received under the existing arrangemeats. Details are not forthcoming, but it is understood the States’ obligations are much lighter.
