At the conference of the Empire Chambers of Commerce, a resolution was passed urging the establishment of an Imperial wireless chain. It was also decided to urge the hoards of trade and chambers of commerce to devote increased energy to promoting emigration within the Empire. and the introduction of s'chemes for training emigrants before leaving Home and continuing the training in the new country at the expense partly of Britain and partly of the colony receiving them.
