SUPREME COURT.
NAPIER SESSIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Napier, June 13. Morton Henry Stanley and Walter Thomas Morgan were found not guilty at the Supreme Court of breaking, entering, theft and receiving. The wife of Morgan gave evidence that she and another (.both of whom pleaded guiity in the Lower Court) were solely responsible and the other woman corroborate I this.
