THE KING’S THEATRE. “ONLY 38.” The Paramount De Mille attraction, “Only 38.” will be the star attraction which will .be screened at the King’s Theatre commencing at the matinee today (Saturday) at 1.30 and again tonight and Monday night at 8. An allstar cast of players, including May McAvpy, Lois Gilson, Elliot Dexter and George Fawcett, interpret the various roles. “Only 38” is a delightful play with many human touches of comedy and it has beea artistically handled by the director. Other items on the programme include the latest American Gazette, educational and comedy. “SOFT BOILED.” The William Fox special attraction “Soft Boiled,” starring Tom Mix, with Tony and Miss Billie Dove, will be the star attraction which will be screened at the King’s Theatre on Tuesday and Wednesday nights next. This is the best picture Tom Mix has ever made, it has everything which spells time entertainment—fast action, thrills, romance, pretty girls, fun and attractive settings. It is a picture which will make you shriek with laughter from the moment it commences until the fade outEverywhere “Soft Boiled” has been screened it has ‘been. received with enthusiasm and highly commented upon by everyone. The box plan is now open at Humphrey’s, book-seller. The Citizens’ Band is holding a dance on Tuesday next in aid of the uniform fund. For details see advertisement on page 1.
