After a prolonged conference between representatives of the Cabinet and representatives of the Progressive Party, Sir George Fuller, on behalf of both parties, announced that the business to be presented at the forthcoming session had been discussed and an agreement reached as to the programme to be submftted. MELBOURNE HOSPITAL. Melbourne, May 29. So great has the strain of attending the excessive number of patients in the Melbourne Hospital become that the medical superintendent told the Board Of Management that the only remedy he could suggest was to close the doors. He thought this was necessary. The waiting list amounts to 360.
