FOSTERING GOOD RELATIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright ■London, March 18. The Cairo correspondent of The Times reports that Zaghhil Pasha (Premier of Egypt), in an interview, declared: “I consider we are on-the threshold of a new era in which goo# relations. between Britain and Egypt will be consolidated and fixed on a solid and durable basis. We want to see in Britain a great friend* in good or bad fortune, each of us rejoicing in the other’s prosperity. It appears to me that the sentiments of both countries are such that we should be able to arrive at a mutually satisfactory entente.”
