RE-OPENING TRADE.
RUSSIA AND TURKEY. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received March 10, 5.5 p.m. Constantinople, March 9. Advices from Moscow’ state that the Soviet Government has granted freedom of trade between Turkey and Russia, subject only to the payment of Customs dues for local produce and manufactures of 'both countries, while Turkish traders are free to come and go and sell their wares to whomsoever they please.
