Sussex. —India, Is sd; Java, 11.46 A. Makura.—U.S.A. 4.30; Honolulu 4.27; Canada 4.41. SHORTAGE OF TRUCKS. The Arapawa arrived yesterday afternoon from Wanganui to load 2000 cases of benzine for Onehunga. There Is a shortage of railway trucks, however, and none will be available to carry the benzine to the wharf this morning. The head office of the Northern Company was advised yesterday of the position, and a reply was received instructing the local office to dispatch the vessel by noon at the latest. Under the circumstances, the Arapawa will probably sail early this morning. Shortage of trucks is also still delaying the discharge of the Koromlko's cargo of coal, and it is doubtful whether the vessel will get away for Newcastle until to-morrow afternoon. BEGULUS for greymouth. The discharge of the Regulus was completed yesterday afternoon, and the vessel sailed at 6.40 p.m. for Groymoutb. WAIMANA TO SAIL. The loading of the Walmana will be completed to-day, and the vessel !s expected to sail during the afternoon for Wanganui roadstead to continue Homeward loading. ONEHUNGA SERVICE. The Rarawa left Onehunga at 3.45 p.m. yesterday for New Plymouth with passengers and 90 tons of cargo. She is due here this morning, and will sail on the return journey on the arrival of the mail train to-night. JOHN DELAYED. The John has been delayed on her trip from southern ports, and will not now be here until to-morrow. She will sail later in the day for Wellington. ESSEX TO LOAD. The Federal steamer Essex is due here today from Wanganui roadstead to continue Homeward loading. As n berth will not be available until the Waimana sails, the vessel will probably come up the coast under easy steam and may not arrive here until this afternoon. PROGRESS TO LOAD FOR WAIKATO. The Progress will be here on Tuesday from southern ports to load for Waikato heads. CORINNA FROM SOUTH. The Corinna Is to leave Lyttelton on Monday for Wellington, Nelson and New Plymouth with general cargo. She is expected here on Thursday. The vessel’s subsequent movements are not yet known
WESTMORELAND’S DUE DATE. The Westmoreland, which was expected at New Plymouth from Liverpool via ports on February 11, la now due here on February 14. CITY OF EASTBOURNE. The City of Eastboitrne, which left New York on January 23 for New Zealand ports, including New Plymouth, is expected to arrive at Auckland on February 26, and at New Plymouth about the middle of March. CORINTHIC NEARING WELLINGTON. A wireless message received by the Wellington agents of the Shaw, Savill and Albion Company from the Corinthlc on Wednesday intimated that the vessel would reach Wellington next Tuesday morning.
