By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The following Government weather forecast was issued at 4 p.m. to-day: "Present indications are for northerly to westerly winds, increasing northwards of New Plymouth and Napier, and strong to gale elsewhere. Weather changeable and squally, with rain probable in many parts, and heavy rain on the west const and southernmost districts. The barometer Is falling, but will rise in the south shortly.”
