SECRET ARMY FOUND.

GERMAN MONARCHISTS. •London. Dec. 9. The existence of a secret regiment has been discovered, comprising 7000 men at Mecklenberg, and 2000 at Berlin, says the Berlin correspondent of the London Daily Mail. Its objects are to fight for the Monarchist cause, and to provide military training for young men for a future war against France. Training stations have been established on country estates of wealthy landowners, where the men are sent in batches of 10 or 15. ostensibly for light employment, but they are drilled and instructed by non-commissioned officers. Sixty arrests have been made.
