It is predicted it will be short-lived, and a dissolution is certain by the middle of January. Seiyukai’s majority are preparing a Bill for the impeachment of Viscount Goto, Home Minister, which is intended to forestall the introduction of manhood suffrage, and force a general election on the l&Bii of the present limited electoratte.
