The Berlin correspondent of the New Yprk Times says it is insistently rumoured in political circles that Herr Stresemann may resume the post of Foreign Minister in order to accept the position of German Ambassador at Paris. The Reich Government virtually decided to appoint a federal commissioner to assume the direction of the Thuringia Government until the new elections, which take place early next year. The activities of the Reds in Thuringia are endangering the lives of the citizens and the safety of property.
