KILLED BY A TRAIN.
FATALITY AT AUCKLAND By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. An elderly man, whose name iq given as Jock McGuiness, was run over by a train at the Auckland station this evening and was killed instantly. Deceased, who was an employe* of the Raglan County Council and resided at NgaruawaLia, tried to board the 5.22 train to Frankton after it had started. Hp fell between the platform and the train and was run over by the end carriages. His body waa badly mutilated.
