RIMUTAKA IN PORT. Arriving off the port at daybreak yesterday, the New Zealand Shipping Company's liner Kimutaka was boarded by the harbormaster (Captain W. Waller) at 6 a.m.. and the vessel was berthed half an hour later. The Rlmutaka, which is a vessel of 8883 tons, left Liverpool on September 22, anil experienced rough weather for the first few days. The rest of the voyage across the Atlantic •aus in fine weather. Colon was reached on October 11, and the vessel left Panama a day later. A call was made at Pitcairn Island on October 24. Fije weather was experienced across the Pacific, and Auckland was reached on November 5. She brought 66 saloon ana 222 steerage passengers for all ports. After discharging she proceeded to Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Nelson, landing cargo at each place. Captain F. A. She will be in port several days. KOROMIKO THIS MORNING. Due at C o’clock this morning, the Koromiko, with 3000 tons of coal from Newcastle, will be berthed or. the western side of the wharf. KAKAPO IN THE STREAM. W’ith 410 tons of cement from Portland (Whangarei),/the Kakapo arrived off New Plymouth yesterday afternoon and dropped anchor in the stream. It is proposed to berth her this morning astern of the Rlmutaka, the occupation of part of that berth by the dredge I’aritutu preventing the vessel coming alongside on arrival. After discharge the Kakapo goes to Wellington, and thence to Walpole Island to load guano. NO NEWS OF KITTAWA. Regarding the movements of the Kittawa, expected from Greymouth this week, the Union Company reported last night that no definite advice has yet been received. OVERSEAS VESSELS.
