COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICES. COUNTY OF TARANAKI, DOVER ROAD LOAN £430, JN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by Section 16 of “The Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913,” and with the consent of the ratepayers of the Dover Road Special Rating Area, in the Taranaki County hereinafter described, testified by a petition signed by not less than three-fourths of the ratepayers of the Special Rating Area, the capital value of whose properties as appearing in the valuation roll of the said County is collectively greater than the capital values of the properties of the ratepayers who did not consent, the Taranaki County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order as follows: For the purpose of forming and metalling the Dover Road, the Taranaki County Council hereby authorises tfie raising of a loan of £430 at four and a half per centum per annum for a period of thirty-six years and a half, and declares that the cost of raising the said loan and the first year’s interest on the loan shall be payable out of the moneys so raised. JN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by Section 16 of “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 19X3,” and with the consent of the ratepayers of the Kelly Road Special Rating Area, in the Taranaki County hereinafter described, testified by a petition signed by not less than threefourths of the ratepayers of the Special Rating Area, the capital values of whose properties as appearing in the valuation roll of the said County is collectively greater than the capital values of the properties of the ratepayers who did not consent, the Taranaki County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order as follows : For the purpose of forming and metalling the Kelly Road, the Taranaki County Council hereby authorises the raising of a lo(m of £lOOO at four and a half per centum per annum for a period of thirty-six years and a half, and declares that the cost of raising the said loan and the first year’s interest on the loan shall be payable out of the moneys so raised. JJUBLIC Notice is hereby given that the Inglewood County Council has duly made a Special Order, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by Section 16 of “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913,” and written consent of the Ratepayers of the above-named Special Rating Area, resolving that a loan of £BOO be authorised to form and metal the York Road within the aforesaid Special Rating Area. A duly certified copy of the above Special Order is open for inspection at the Council Offices.
